Bearing Test
The integrated air bearing “three-level” test system has been built to satisfy test requirements of bearing rigidity, damping, take-off rpm, friction torque, repeated start-stop and ultimate load-bearing. Design and process of air bearing can be verified, and all the tests above are helpful in improving the research and development of air bearing.
Impeller Test
Every impeller will be tested before it’s installed on the turbo blower and turbo compressor.
Environmental Test
Based on different kinds of environmental laboratories, like noise laboratory, shock & vibration laboratory, high& low temperature laboratory, salt spray laboratory etc. Those laboratories meet most of the environmental test requirements of the products, which further verify the product performance and ensure manufacture quality in a multi-layer and stereoscopic way.
Turbo Blower Core Test
